Hello everyone
I have not been on here for quite some time. My significant other boyfriend passed away about six months ago, I am still wrapping up his estate to the best of my ability. i had some shortness of breath this morning that was unlike the shortness of breath that I have at times. This was pretty bad, I did use my rescue inhaler because I also have asthma and it seemed to help. My question is has anyone experienced shortness of breath due to the allergies/pollen or is that something that I have in my head. Just concerned that my copd might be getting worse? I had covid in 2020 and was in the hospital on oxygen, i have had the pneumonia shot, (prevnar 23), two covid vaccines and a booster. I am doing what I can to keep my self out of the doctors office. Just would like to hear of anyone elses experiences with this. None of us like to admit that the copd might be advancing .. I quit smoking in 1994, I was exercising regularly but with his death I am overwhelmed with everyting and i stopped, but my job has me doing up to ten thousand steps a day. I would love to hear any comments from any of you I am a 66 year old female.
