There has been a lot of change over the past 8 months. What have you been doing different to pass the time, keep yourself/family safe, work practices and daily activities (shopping, dr appt, ect). Do you have any secrets to share on making things easier or even just keeping things calm in these turbulent times.

As for myself, I have quite a few older friends, so their health is of great concern, but I really miss them. So, I have been taking my folding chair calling ahead and find a cooler place outside to visit. We bring food along and try to keep things as normal as we can. Another thing that I do is take a break from tv (the news in particular). It's important to keep our mental health in check and undue stress is definitely not needed.
