Can anyone tell me what this means. Please and thank you.

LUNG VOLUMES (BODY PLETHYSMOGRAPHY):
LUNG VOLUMES:
All lung volumes are within normal limits except:
Total lung capacity is increased
RV is high normal.
AIRWAY RESISTANCE:
Specific airway resistance is increased.
DIFFUSION CAPACITY (DLCO):
DIFFUSION CAPACITY:
Diffusion capacity is normal.
SPIROMETRY
ADEQUACY OF TEST AND EFFORT:
The test is technically adequate and the patient's effort is satisfactory.
SPIROMETRY:
FEV1/FVC ratio is normal and the FEV1 and FVC are within normal limits.
FLOW VOLUME LOOPS:
The flow volume loop appears normal.
IMPRESSION:
Overall, pulmonary function tests are consistent with essentially normal findings. Given elevated TLC
and airway resistance, this could indicate early obstructive airway disease
Normal spirometry does not exclude asthma. If clinical history is suggestive of asthma, consider
methacholine challenge test.
