Just had my pulmo visit today, spiro test last week.
This year vs. last year FEV1 (L) : .65 vs 1.1 or FEV1.FV % 41 vs 38.
The Dr said that FEV1 should be about 3!
What's confusing is 3 is a number, not a %.
Further, he suggested the .65 implied "End Stage" COPD.
What I know is with exertion, SOB comes on quicker now than last year.
I know we can't live by #'s, but understanding them helps. I did refer to the new POCKET Consultant, it just muddied the waters.
