Have you found some tricks that help you?
Here are a couple to get us started.
Take advantage of the useful services that have sprung up. I have discovered instacart to get groceries delivered. That gives me time (and energy) to bake, which I enjoy. I still may have to shop to pick out meats and fruits and veggies, but I don't need to lug flour and sugar and soda and juice or a turkey or other heavy staples.
Another useful service is meal delivery --- hoping doordash or grubhub will appear in my small town - - - so far, it's just Chinese food and pizza that delivers. But some days that beats cooking!
Barbeque chicken tastes great, but I can no longer tolerate the smoke - but the local VFW and Elks have barbeque chicken for take-out about once a month in the warm weather, so I can get my fix!
Get there early. I have found that stress makes me short of breath, and hurrying is stressful. So I usually get there early and spend some quality time with my phone until my appointment or the other folk arrive.
