Because of insurance problems I am not able to go to rehab at the present time. So to make up for it I am doing things at home. In the walking phase of it I was going to try the following: Start walking on day one for 50 seconds and then add 10 per day on to it until I reach 30 minutes. It should take close to 6 months to reach that point. I know 10 sec a day doesn't seem like much but at the same time it adds up fast. Do you think this might be to hard on myself and discourage me or not hard enough and therefore not getting the most out of it? When I was in rehab I could walk 12 on the treadmill but now I'm back to only about 5 minutes before I have to stop. This is why I am starting to walk again. I'm stage 4 on O2 24/7 at 4LPM continuous flow and take my POC when I go out. It has 4 settings on it and I keep it on 2 when sitting and 4 when walking. It pulse dose so I don't know how many LPM I'm receiving on each setting. I use my oxi meter to be careful not to drop my saturation level. What do you think, to hard to try, to easy, or on the money? Also, is there a way to tell how many mph you are walking
