I had a pneumothorax November 8th 2023 the top of right lung and was told I had hundreds of blebs at the top of my lung two weeks later the pulmonologist told me I didn’t and my lungs are normal so I wanted a second opinion and I got one January 24th 2024 and was told that i have

: A solitary lenticular air lucency along the oblique

fissure adjacent to the superior segment of right lower lobe measuring up

to 9 mm (4-77).

The lungs are otherwise clear. 2 mm right middle lobe nodule (series 4,

image 138), probably benign. Trace emphysema.

The central airways are patent.

Miscellaneous: None. And told my lung is 99% good and no advice to follow up until a year to see if there is a change should I go sooner for a 3rd opinion I’m just so lost because the first one showed nothing on my ct scan and now two months later I get this news
