Tight throat. Is it a symptom of anxiety or lung disease

Hi guys

I am so sorry to ask another question of you all . You guys have helped me so much

I am sure my concerns seem tiny by comparison for many people

I have mentioned before I'm a 48 yr old lady from UK. I have Mild Emphesema, Broncieastatis and Alpha 1.

I have also had for many years, General Anxiety Disorder so I am prone to anxiety anyway ....and I have been struggling with a tight neck feeling which is overwhelming much of the time. It isn't my throat, it's my neck down both sides outer.

I paid to see a private doctor and he had a listen to both sides of my neck, the arteries said to me that anxiety can cause this feeling

So my question is

Does anyone else get this tight neck feeling? Can it be a symptom of lung disease?

I think right now, is quite an anxiety provoking time at min. I was only diagnosed in Jan this year and I still feel SHOOKETH
