But to the point - if you take both a SABA and LABA, you should always take the LABA first, and possibly wait 2 hours before taking the SABA. But they added the clause - "if they are in the same class" -
I take Combivent {SAMA/SABA} and Symbicort {ICS/LABA}.
Apparently I've been doing it wrong. Generally when I get up, I immediately take my Combivent, and If I get up late, I also take Symbicort, at the same time. My rational was that Combivent has immediate effect, therefore the my lungs would be more open to receive it!
So accordingly, I should take my Combivent - to enable morning breathing - wait 2 hours before taking Symbicort.
