I'm so bummed! I've been doing fantastic since Jan 1st of this year when I started on Trelegy. Absolutely no issues, no SOB, no coughing, wheezing, phlegm, nothing. I even had Covid in July and went thru it and came out of it with no problem at all. Two or three days ago, I suddenly start feeling a little SOB, a little cough, a little phlegm. I've needed to use my rescue inhaler for the past 2 or 3 days for the first time in about 10 months. I use Trelegy and montelukast daily and I've tolerated them both just fine. I have a doc appt Friday. He wants to see me since I haven't been in since last December. I was hoping they'd say to start immediately on antibiotics, which I have on hand, but no, they want me to come in first. ugh. I hope and pray I can nip this in the bud right away before it becomes a bad flare up lasting weeks. It seems like this sort of thing does happen every.single.fall. I've known about my COPD since 2019 and this will be the 3rd fall that I get "sick". Why??? Oh, I also have fluticasone and have started using that at night.
