I know this can be a touchy subject, but I am curious to learn from those of you who are former tobacco users.
If you would, share a little bit about what motivated you to quit using tobacco and the method/s you used to quit.
I have taught smoking cessation classes over the years and have learned so much about the 'clinical' side of it, but I want to hear the real world perspective.
