Quite worried about disease progression

Hello. I m 59 new in this, and a bit worried, i have been diagnosed mild emphysema through CT scan. Not easy for me because my father died on a COPD exacerbation. But i smoked few years less than him and obviously i haven t been smarter, but i am a bit healthier, i quit smoking some months ago and exercise daily. My PFT IS normal, and i never feel breathless. If somebody knows about the disease progression. My concern is that i would like to know, after smoking cesation and the turning into the healthy life style, when the emphysema is at an early stage, what is the yearly average progression speed of the alveoli destruction?
