Questions to ask Pulmonologist

Hi everyone,

I see my pulmonologist today for the first time after my CT scan has shown ‘early emphysematous changes’ and ‘early background COPD changes’.
Just wondering if you have any suggestions on things I should ask him?
I’m keen to hear his thoughts on the scan, and I’ll ask about a plan for the way forward.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
