New to this group, but reaching out, last year learned I have COPD, emphysema,I’m sure from my years of smoking and the a couple years of vaping, which I swear might be worse! Anyway, last couple of days on a trip to Italy I started feeling awful. Prior days we’d walk like 10 to 12 miles with no real problem, all of a sudden I couldn’t walk a block without feeling like I was going to pass out, sweating profusely, horrid cough, grayish thick mucus, SOB. Flew home and went to ER, ran all kinds of tests, spent the night diagnosed with pneumonia. In two antibiotics, prednisone, my normal inhaler, Breztri, and albuterol. I assume the steroids are making me crazy, crying all the time! First full day on the new meds, so we’ll see. Has anyone else had an experience like mine
