I have Phelgm everyday all day. I can still jog a 5K and walk 5-6 miles no problem. BUT I have Phelgm everyday. My voice will crackle in morning and sometime when I lay on my back I fee Phelgm on my vocal cords.
I’m on Breo 100/25 took my FEV1 today it was 3.1, which is great from 2.4 before a month ago without Breo at home peak flow. I have no shortness of breath BUT I have Phelgm everyday all day.
My question is I read that excessive Phelgm in patients in turn has the effect of rapid decline in lung function and I’m 43.
How in trouble am I if the Phelgm just doesn’t go away?!? Quit smoking on January 6, 2021 so I has been about 6 months.
I see my pulmonologist this TH have not received a diagnosis yet from him
