Now on Spiriva and an ICS, a question

Ok, following on from my last mail I met my GP, he’s a young guy and saw no issue prescribing Spiriva 2.5 and an ICS Alvesco for an “empiric” trial. He’s saying this as my FEV1 is well above LLN. He also feels the Alvesco will be good for the small airways and I’m using a Spacer for this. I started them just this Sat (yesterday)

I’ve already noticed an increased tolerance for excercise and my breathing at rest is easier.

So as usual it’s all is not simple. My questions;

1.When can I expect to see the max benefit of this new treatment

2. I’ve developed a slight pain in my back around the left lung, is this normal and will it go away?
