I was scheduled same day as my function test so my doctor can see my results and explain them to me. He has rescheduled on me twice. So i still have his appointment and i signed on with a new doctor which both are a month away. Super frustrating because i am struggling with breathing at nights, anxiety and depression. A huge part is lack of sleep is affecting my bipolar. I provided results im looking for anything you can give me. I seriously had to go get assistance for electric bill through community action with how much this lack of sleep is affecting my ability and work absences. Other social outlets most those people just say "I wish this was mine" I'm not huge on that type answer. I want input what you see here, any suggestions I can take for doctor or to help this anxiety weezing coughing insomnia I am dealing with. It's super frustrating because last 3 months my life has been falling apart and I basically don't have a doctor or a game plan.
