The COPD Foundation is collaborating with the Leonard Nimoy’s family and HealthPoint Productions on a documentary entitled: The Logical Way to Improve Lung Function and Breathe Better, which will be released early next year.
Nimoy, who is best known as the character Mr. Spock from the “Star Trek” television series, died February 27 from complications associated with COPD.
“As a special tribute to my father, and to bring more information about COPD to light, I am pleased to announce that my husband, David Knight, and I are producing a new documentary film that is going to include the latest advances and treatments available today.” Julie Nimoy Knight stated.
“We are pleased to collaborate with the Nimoy family on this documentary” said John Walsh, COPD Foundation President and Co-Founder. “We are confident it will play a role in raising awareness for COPD so that many others can be helped.”
The Nimoy family invites you to share your thoughts on the direction of the Documentary. Please click on the link below and complete the survey. All input will be reviewed and considered in the creation of this special project.
