Hello, I would like to have second opinion of my PFT result. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My pulmonologist said I have asthma but the final interpretation did not say anything.
History: I was exposed to vape aerosol, 30 mg nicotine salts. From what I know, this is equal to vaping 30 cigarette at the same time. It also has flavoring. Not smoker, not vaper, not alcoholic. I also experienced chest pain, chest tightness and already took 2 round of prednisone. This was already reduced. I also took inhaler as well.
I am now on Symbicort Rapihaler inhaler. I also took allerkast as well for 2 weeks and bilastine for 1 week.
I also have question - will my breathing graph go back to normal over time? My pulmo says it will. I also have 2x lung bullae in the apices of my lung (1.5 cm left) and 1.8 cm right on my last CT scan after exposure to vape as well as 3x lung nodules measuring 3mm each. My pulmo told me I can CT scan after 3 months. If the bullae grow, consider surgery. If the bullae shrink, I am not sure what to do.
Question 2: I notice my breathing graph post bronchodilator did not return back to original shape, it is still curved. Why is this? Will it take longer inhaler use to return it back to normal?
