This past summer I purchased a stationary exercise bike for exercising in the winter months. It has a display with heart rate monitor. While exercising, my heart rate reaches near 150. Should I be concerned? Should I stop and get off? I was on it for about 6 minutes.

Normally my normal heart rate is around the high 80's and 90s when I'm moving around. Like taking taking out the garbage or something. Sitting it is usually about 69-80. That's according to my little oxi-monitor on my finger.
