My people- it’s time for me to get some help.
If you’ve followed me I’m about 3 months into not being a smoker and feel great.
I have a peak flow that gives a total and fev. I need to dispose of this because it’s taking over my day. Meaning I’m always checking to see if my forced and fev 1 is going up.
I can say some extra I quit my forced total has gone gone for 450 to 550 since I quit but little movement on the fev1.
We have two situations. First my 100yr old home is historic Chicago that the top stairs are straight up and narrow. I can go run a mile ok pace 5.6 but when I walk up those stairs 10 times a day 1 or 2 times I need an extra 5 secs to catch my breath.
That destroys my day.
The second is 3 months non smoker but have severe acid reflux, work out daily but the Phlegm has not left the building. I don’t have a cough but hack Phlegm up still. I thought that would be gone by now.
Well- IDK. I’m doing good but my mind is playing tricks and I still can’t come to terms whatever this is.
Thanks for letting me just talk.
