i have asthma and COPD. I am not on oxygen, but get winded quickly. I live at an elevation of 5260 ft. Winters are hard on me. 3-6% humidity, temps 24 to -25 sometime in the same day, 50 to 80 mph winds. Summers are also dry, but usually not as windy. In the summer, my lungs burn when i breath from the heat and dryness. And i get severe sinus infections 4-5 times a year due to dryness
Looking for
1300 ft or lower elevation
More humidity, but not sure how much is too much for copd
I don't mind 95° tempts, but how high is to high for copd.
As you can see, a big question is how hot and how humid can it be before negatively impacting copd issues.
