Kind of new to copd

68 yrs, apparently I have had copd for 25 yrs with minimal symptoms per spirometer test SOB when walking & sinus issues that I use sinus tabs for and nasal rinse.this yr my Dr proscribed puffer salbutamol 100mcg to use not more than 4x a day.even when I use the puffer i don’t feel like I have gotten a good breath of air leaving me SOB & headachy. Dr has checked blood which is ok have appointment for cardiologist and circulation specialists.
Looking for first hand info of those with copd
