Just completed another Spirometry and nothing has change ....I’m mean literally the exact same

Same as always? just completed a Spirometry test and numbers (fev1/Fvc,Fvc,fev1)are exactly the same as 2 years ago? I got older and they stayed the same lol ... no progression, no improvement nothing! Still very mild obstruction . Anyone else’s number just stay the same. Not sure if I’m supposed to be happy or sad 🤔
