Hello all - I was diagnosed with COPD 3 1/2 years ago and started DuoNeb nebulizer and Dulera then.
My pulmonologist switch me from Dulera to Trelegy (I'm still using DuoNeb) and have been doing Trelegy 200mcg for 2 weeks now.
When I first started Trelegy I noticed that I could take much deeper breaths when doing my inhalation exercises. And since I started it, my oxygen level has improved marginally (used to be approx 93%, now approx 94% when testing at rest).
I still get episodes of shortness of breath (dyspnea) if I move around very much. If I walk 25-30 yards, I have to stop and catch my breath - that's while carrying an O2 tank.
My question is, have any of the Trelegy users here experienced improved breathing without serious dyspnea? Have your oxygen levels improved? How long did you use Trelegy before you noticed any results?
Thanx for any info you might care to share.
