Good morning.
I have written a question similar to this one but, I did it with errors.
I am a Portuguese citizen diagnosed with COPD stage 0 this year.
Unfortunately, I have a chronic bronchitis and I say it is at stage 0 because my lung function, (FEV and other measures like that), is at 100% yet.
I am only 31 and I only do desk jobs (IT or accounting related positions or stock markets trading).
I never smoked or was exposed to pollutant environments. I had asthma when I was a child and it disappeared totally but, when I was 22, I got a badly cured flu that triggered this chronic bronchitis (two years later when I was 24).
Right now, I already feel it harms during the work as I loose willingness of working and sometimes a little bit of memories..........
I know that this chronic bronchitis will get worse over the years and I would like very much to hear your opinion, especially, from people who are or were in the same condition as I am.
How long do you think I will be able to work with this bronchitis? Until 40ies, 50ies or 60ies............
