As JimmyS reminds us, "take your meds regularly"

Below is pictured the system I use to assist and insure I'm doing just that. Last year I ordered a prostate drug, it arrived on New Years Eve, as I was taking my last one {can't pee w/o it!}. So now I made a spread sheet showing what I have on hand, and added to my calendar when to order refills. All of my maintenance drugs are mail order, and I'm on auto refill for most. If my Dr prescribes, say an antibotic, I get that locally.

I'm not promoting my system, rather suggesting we do need a system in place to insure we do take our meds. Generally, something like Combivent isn't an issue, you take it because you are having SOB. Things like BP or cholesterol drugs have no immediate affect, and when skipped ain't noticed.

Comments are welcome, I just thought this is an important topic to bring up. //ed
