Hello I would like help please because I am completely lost and in panic I no longer sleep. I am a 31-year-old young man father of 2 young babies.
At the age of 26 I had a chest scan because I had a little pain in the rib cage and they found a small bubble under the pleural of the left upper lobe without any other anomaly, I went to see a pulmonologist who told me that it was surely congenital given my age that I had to stop smoking knowing that I have been smoking since the age of 16 almost 1 package day,
now at 31 years old I went to take stock with another pulmonologist he gave me an Efr and blood gas everything is normal and I had to Pass a new thoracic tdm and always the bubble without anomaly but told him that it was an emphysema bubble or an old infection he told me that I did not need follow-up because my Efr was normal and that I am young but since this term of emphysema I am very anxious.

I stopped smoking for 1 week. Is it a beginner emphysema? I am very lucky to progress to stage 1 in the future?
