Do you think about about what you eat? I have been much more and it's not coming easy for someone who likes pizza, chips, bacon, crisps, twiglets etc.
I am trying to eat more healthily
Yesterday I had vegetarian bean burger and salad with feta, avacado etc. Berries and creme fraich.
Snacks: nuts
Today brown toast,
Haddock, pots, cabbage, broccoli.
Berries and jelly.
Dark chocolate.
Nuts.
Is this healthy?
What should I eat. What do you others eat?
Also stated drinking some water, never liked it much but giving it a go!
