Exercise and air trapping/hyperinflation was a subject I read about on another website last night. Basic premise is if doing a lot of rigorous walking or jogging without purse lip breathing can add to one's air trapping issues. That and hyperinflation are my two biggest concerns at this moment. Since I walk fairly brisk pace for 3-5 miles each day am I adding to my problems? I am attempting to PLB THE ENTIRE TIME but not sure I am always successful. Thoughts?
