I'm 80 years old and in addition to COPD, I have arthritis. I used to do water exercise at an indoor pool near me, but the pool has been closed because of covid. I loved the water exercise class I was in and I know it was really good for me. I felt more energetic, could breathe better, and hurt less.
I'm looking for some sort of exercise that I can do at home without having to get expensive equipment. It probably needs to be seated exercise because of my arthritis. Links to videos would be especially appreciated.
