I was working with a group of some relatively newly diagnosed COPD patients yesterday and they had some questions that I thought you all could help me with.
They were talking about how they seem to run out of steam by the middle of the afternoon. I began to share some energy management tips I have learned from other COPD patients through the years. I told them I would post the question here to see if any of you could share helpful tips or ideas for making the most of your energy each day.
Some ideas they discussed were putting a stool or chair in the kitchen while cooking, cooking larger quantities so there are meals to just reheat, splitting household chores up and doing small things each day, etc
What do you do to make your energy go further? No tip is too simple or too silly - I'd love to hear from you!
