Hi everyone.
Next week I'm recording a podcast with a world leader in ketosis and the Ketogenic diet.
This diet is made up of high (good quality) fats, medium to low protein and very low carbohydrates. John Hopkins is using the diet to help manage epilepsy.
There is evidence to support it's use with respiratory patients. I have been using the diet for 12 months and have had many benefits.
Prof Stephen Phinney has used the diet to manage respiratory patients in hospitals.
Video with Stephen Phinney answering my question on the ketogenic diets application to respiratory patients.
Dr Dominic D Agostino has been researching the diets application to different diseases he also has a background in respiratory mechanics.
Study's have shown that ketosis is beneficial to many inflammatory diseases.
If anyone in this group has any questions please post them here and I will ask on your behalf.
Thank you.
