Delay in Getting a POC

Perhaps the Community has some advice.

I've been trying to get a POC since July. My request was expedited for work reasons. It's now the end of September, and no POC in sight.

There seems to be an endless amount of red tape and delay at the 02 Company -- it's been approved, but now they found two dates for some test, when it should only be one. Last week they didn't have the doctor's approval. Then they found it. And on and on.

They don't like me calling every week. They said they get the units and ship them out to people quickly, so I don't think the delay is in getting the POCs.

They are notorious for delay, understaffing, more delay, and whatever else. I've been approved, and now it's just all on them.

Any suggestions?
