Sorry to ask yet another question but with little access to drs and no consultation with respiratory for months I have nowhere else to turn...

To recap...

I had a chest x-ray and was told it showed emphysemic changes. About 2 months ago. I congratulated myself I had no cough.

Then 2 weeks later I had a SLIGHT morning cough. Now a month and half later im coughing a lot.

I'm wondering if it's 'normal' for a morning cough to become an all day and night cough so quickly.

Would it mean I have fast progression?

I've read some people have slow disease and some fast.

It is still worse in mornings
