Sorry for posting again but no one to ask.

Mild COPD or something related to small airways with a bit of chronic bronchitis. Had a bit of a flare up recently and went back on my inhalers, all ok and the sense of discomfort in my chest went away and I was breathing easier.

Lately I’ve been trying excessively to get deep breaths. I find my self clearing my throat for no reason, sighing and yawning in an effort to get a breath. This happens 6 or 7 times an hour, more so at rest. It’s driving me bonkers 😜 I’ve been here before and managed to get it under control but it’s proving more difficult this time.

Is this a typical symptom of COPD, my Pulmo told me years ago it’s not specific to anything. Is this something you struggle with or have in the past.

If so how did you get it under control?
