Clinical Trials-Is there a specific website?

Hi. I am interested in checking into some Clinical Trials, and am wondering what is the best most thorough way of doing this? Is there a specific website, or is there info here that I just have not found?

Have any of you participated in any Trials and what is your thought on them, if you don't mind sharing.
