Hello all,

My name is Zach and I'm a 22 year old male.

Each night when I go to lay down, I develop a chest tightness that happens to be very discomfortable and tends to ease by simply rolling over onto my stomach but only briefly. I feel slight flutters in my chest as well. Accompanying the chest discomfort/tightness, I feel short of breath.

The strange part is, I typically only struggle with this at night time and it seems that eating may spark a "flare up" with this issue.

I may be asking this in the wrong area but I'm looking for answers across any medical message board possible.

Thank you for your time.
