Here we are on the last day of March! Spring is just around the corner!
Throughout this month, we have taken a closer look at a few of the non-medication things that affect COPD: exercise, nutrition, pulmonary rehabilitation, and airway clearance. These are things that take a different kind of effort on our part, rather than taking a pill or breathing medications through an inhaler or nebulizer. As you can imagine, there is a lot to learn.
New articles and blog posts on these components of COPD management have been posted on the COPD Digest, COPD360coach, COPD360social, Pocket Consultant Guide app, PRAXIS, and here on the Check in. Here are links to just a few:

What Does Your Cough Say About Your COPD?
What do you think? Is there something that:
- Was new to you?
- Surprised you?
- Was a good refresher?
- Made you go “Aha!” That makes a lot of sense!
- You passed along to somebody who did not know about it?
I look forward to hearing from you!
