Hi All.

currently assisting with care of and visiting a sick 86 year old parent with double pneumonia and heart failure who is in hospital... I'm assisting / visiting 4 to 8 hours a day...

I have mild COPD aged 53 and have had pneumonia vaccine... This has been ongoing for around 4-5 days (since Thursday)... My chest feels a little raw today, not sure might be from all the talking or some random infection or from being around my father...

Any advice regarding risk / precautions etc (apart from telling me how stupid I am) would be greatly appreciated...

Cheers, Adam...
