Can i get a bronchoscopy without getting another ct scan?

Hi folks.
My doctors and i agree i should do a bronchoscopy to figure out more about what’s been causing my non smoking mild copd that doesnt very well respond to meds, especially since i have no allergies, eosinophils are normal and low immunoglobulins.

My issue is- they won’t allow me to do a bronchoscopy until i have another CT scan. My last high res ct scan one was in oct 2019. That same year i had another ct scan and in 2018 i had a neck ct scan (unrelated and before my lung issues).

I’m only 35 and i really don’t want another freaking ct scan. Is there ANY way to get a bronchoscopy without a ct scan on my breast area???
