I know this probably seems like a "dumb" question to most, but I get very weird chest discomfort seems in upper chest & spikes in blood pressure. I don't know if it's COPD related or from anxiety?? Always makes me think I am having a heart attack or dying. No use calling 911 in my area because when my blood pressure was 160/105 yesterday they said not an emergency situation & tons of people walk around with BP that high. Never offered to take me anywhere! I have never struggled so much in my life! I don't know what to do anymore! I am beyond frustrated. I have no clue if it's from the steroid withdrawl syndrome?? It has been over 72 hrs since last prednisone & I have been a total mess. Thanks and sorry for rambling
