COPD Exacerbation... end of life?

My sister is in Hospital exacerbation of COPD. She not strong enough to draw in oxygen. She is getting IV steriods, because she had fluid on the lungs. She now is diagnosed with A Fib, and is getting IV Cardizem. Heart rhythm is too fast at 115-150. Dr. Ordered high flow to keep her at 90% oxygen level.

Breathing Tx every 4 hours, and sooner if needed.

I was told hospital put her on bi pap. If she stays on that, she will have to be transferred to a special facility that can handle her end stage COPD.

What questions can I ask the Dr. or nurse on duty.
