Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea. Anybody had it? Were you able to cope?

I just started cefdinir (cephalosporin)) and after 2 days SURPRISE! Guess who's come to visit! I just finished a course of Pred for exacerbation, probably due to sinus infection. On top of that, I had developed thrush sometime back which further aggravated my symptoms--or maybe the cause of the current exacertbation--who knows! Was given Nystatin drops for that-- on it a few days now, I was also given doxy for sinus infection finished that and was just starting to feel some relief from wheezing, diminished mucus production and SOB.

Of course this happens on a Sunday so I can't talk to the Doc until Mon. Has anybody found some temporary reiief? I don't think I'm running a fever yet or anything like that. There is some bloating and gas pains which is making it hard to breathe.
