Hey, friends, I'm a newbie here, so as you can imagine, I have a ton of questions. I've been newly diagnosed with COPD, age 55, and while I'm feeling better from a physical standpoint, I'm concerned about certain activities of daily living. The most pressing worries I have are about walking/hiking, things that I live, having/adopting a dog(golden retriever, with all that fur!) and in general lifestyle adaptations. Is walking a couple of miles each day OK? I have a treadmill, and I love dogs. Could the dander be an issue? If so, how do I handle it? I want to manage this in the best way possible. Thank you so much!😊
