Are you looking for ways to become or stay active? Are you also a little competitive? If the answer to either of those questions is "yes", then I have just the thing for you! (Drumroll, please!)
ACTIVITY BINGO!!!
We all know how important exercise is, but sometimes the word "exercise" can feel a little overwhelming. How about if we change our thinking a bit, and try to become more active?
Check out our Activity Bingo card. See how many of these squares you can cross off. Maybe you can do two or three of them in a day, maybe you can accomplish an entire row or column in a day... this is to help motivate YOU – whatever you are able to do. If there is an activity listed that doesn't apply to you, (dog walking, for instance) write in a new one for yourself.
When you are ready, take a quick photo of your completed card and post it in the Activity Feed so we can cheer for you! We are ready to give you all the support you need to put healthy activity into your day.
