Ran a 5K today by myself 3.2 miles and finished in 40min. I did ok BUT have a quick question as of late and maybe I’m just paying more attention when I start running the first 5 minutes my chest gets tight- I feel it and than it goes away. It’s always when I start.
Feedback/Anyone. I think it’s airways being forced open and lungs relax?!?
