    The Foundation's renowned clinical experts and support team will work with you to develop, design, and disseminate patient and provider materials. We create interactive guides, apps, events, and other educational tools in multiple languages.

  • Programs Addressing Health Disparities

    The Foundation's clinical educators are skilled in developing and implementing programs for underserved individuals and regions - such as our CIRCLES program to support self-management for patients in rural locations.

  • Harmonicas for Health®

    Harmonicas for Health® is the official nationwide harmonica program of the COPD Foundation. This unique program combines the fun of playing music with learning about COPD and better breathing. We can provide virtual or in-person events and train your team to host their own classes.

  • Peer Health Coaching

    Our English and Spanish-speaking peer health coaches work with health systems to support and guide patients to better manage their conditions.
